Business Planning workshop: This workshop introduces business planning and the process to new or potential business owners who have no or little experience of preparing a business plan or those who need to refresh their knowledge of what makes a good business plan.
It covers what a business plan is, and its operational, marketing and financial content.

Norma is a professional and knowledgeable Zimbabwean expert, engaged in Health Promotion mitigation, assisting immigration solicitors and courts with impartial witness expert reports.
AFRI provided business development support by undertaking a process and procedure audit and helped put in place practical procedures and processes as well as contracts and business structures. AFRI also provided training in book keeping, sales and marketing.

InSolutions Limited and Covington & Burling LLP Project
InSolutions Limited and Covington & Burling LLP Project involved analysing the distribution of Mesothelioma in the UK from asbestos cases heard before the Royal Court of Justice, UK and identifying business opportunities that can be explored by the clients from this analysis as well as develop products for the market.
Findings were presented before Senior High Court of Justice Judge Master Whitaker and were used to develop a business to business marketing plans for 2009.
