Development depends on sustained economic growth. To move away from dependency on aid, a community needs inclusive economic growth which is driven by investments that generate jobs and create wealth. Vibrant economic growth depends on a business environment that is conducive to private investment. The business environment is better where there is an effective government, efficient markets and strong human resources skills. Donor support to government interventions also contribute significantly to the development of a conducive business environment.
AFRI supports the Public Sector and Donors / NGOs in creating a conducive business environment for small and medium sized companies through development of their human resources management and leadership skills. We offer support services to the Public Sector / NGOs in Facilitation of business development projects that help small and medium sized companies be more productive, profitable and sustainable. We also offer Business Development Training programmes and Performance Assessment and Measurement services geared towards gauging the impact of business development project launched by the Public Sector and NGOs.
